Coaching at the Hallowell Center

Are you distracted? Overwhelmed?  Do you want a game plan for consistently managing your life and reducing stress?

What is ADD coaching?

From a practical standpoint, ADD coaching provides the external structure and support to change behavior, monitor progress and create accountability so that you can fully realize your potential to live a rich and productive life.  We do this while working in a non-judgmental partnership learning techniques of time management, planning, follow through and organizational systems for daily living and manageability. You could focus on bill paying, keeping track of modern life, paying taxes that are past due, completing challenging initiatives, or getting the perfect job. ADD coaching gets you on track and keeps you on track.

How ADD coaching works at the Hallowell Center.  Together we will:

• Identify the challenges and obstacles that are continually frustrating

• Determine where you are now and where you want to go

• Get clear on the big picture as well as all of the individual parts

• Design your vision for success

• Set up clearly defined ongoing systems and implement strategies for action, accountability, communication and sustainable results

What you can expect.

• To discover what you want and stay focused long enough to actually get there

• A forum to plan and set realistic goals to help you stay on task

• To overcome inertia and get chronically organized for a change

• To gradually eliminate your lack of concentration and mind boggling procrastination

• To work with professionals who are committed to your success

• Ongoing support in a structured, dependable way

Getting started is easy.

At the Hallowell Center, we work with a strengths-based approach, finding what works for you and building from there. We offer individualized one-on-one coaching services on a monthly basis.
