organizational systems for daily living and manageability. You could focus on

completing challenging initiatives, or getting the perfect job. ADD coaching

Specializing in a strength-based approach to ADD evaluation and treatment New York Hallowell Center Coaches Paula Santa-Donato,
LCSW is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, graduate of Columbia University’s
School of Social Work and received her training as a coach from MentorCoach and
the American Coaching Association, which specializes in AD/HD coaching. She
coaches entrepreneurs and professionals as well as young adults and college
students with ADD helping them develop the strategies and skills necessary for
managing daily life and successful professional development. Paula believes every client holds the possibility for
positive change and works closely with each individual to bring that change to
fruition. She helps each individual identify their strengths and develop
a realistic action plan to achieve their goals. Paula conducts workshops on ADD coaching and presents
to schools in the New York area discussing the challenges of raising a child
with ADD. In addition, Paula has 15+ years experience in advertising as
an Executive Producer and Business Manager for television commercials at both
DDB/Needham and Ogilvy & Mather. She has worked on accounts such
AT&T, IBM, Pepsi International, American Express, and Chesebrough-Ponds.
She is a member of CHADD, International Coaching Federation, ADDA, and the
National Association of Social Workers. Nancy Snell,
CEC, ACC is a certified Executive Coach specializing in Adult AD/HD and
business. Her clients are highly functioning, successful adults who routinely
struggle with ‘ADD- like’ issues such as time management, daily planning,
procrastination, disorganization and executive functioning. Drawing from many years and a wide range of business and life experience, Nancy approaches each and every client with unparalleled vision and personalized attention. She believes that wellbeing matters and is the ultimate goal we all seek. Nancy is a seasoned business professional with 25+
years in broadcast television media buying and sales, marketing, consulting and
new business development, having worked with clients from Grey Advertising,
Ogilvy & Mather, Clear Channel Communications to the Hearst Television
Station group. She is a facilitator of innovative thinking as well as an
agent of change – always making an impact while positively impacting the lives
of others. Along with a BA degree in psychology from Syracuse
University, she graduated and got her coaching training and certification from
IPEC in 2004 as well as completed the Core Essentials Program with Coach U and
Professional Conference: ADDA 2005 with Drs. Hallowell and Ratey. Nancy is
currently a member of the NYC Chapter of the International Coach Federation
where she served as a Board Director in 2005, a sought after AD/HD expert on
national and Internet radio, contributing writer to FOCUS , SPINS and
Leadership Excellence publications. She was a featured expert in January 2008
on Good Housekeeping’s premiere television series Change for Good which ran on
