The Hallowell Center Groups

We offer an array of strength-based groups to address the challenges of ADD/ADHD, including:
  • Adolescents - "The Young and the Restless"
Not only will the group serve to empower its members by educating them about the positive sides of ADHD, but it will allow open discussions about teen related issues in a comfortable and confidential forum.
    Dr. Sitt, day/time TBD

  • Young Adults - "Twentysomething…"
A psychotherapy based group designed for young women (18-30) diagnosed with ADHD. We will learn strength-based strategies to better manage life and relationships. This group is a place to engage in positive conversations with others and learn social as well as professional skills to better navigate through life.
    Dr. Muggli, day/time TBD

  • Adults - "Life and ADHD"
Adults with ADD/ADHD often face challenges ranging from difficulty completing daily tasks to maintaining fulfilling relationships. Group therapy can provide a sense of universality and belonging, which members gain through reciprocal support, encouragement and education. The intent will be for members to share and gain the tools and skills necessary to lead productive and fulfilling lives.

  • Women-Interpersonal Psychotherapy Group
A group for women to learn positive interpersonal skills that will increase their productivity in both professional and personal lives. Designed for women dealing with issues related to ADD/ADHD. A place to talk, process, and share.

  • Parents - "Chat and Chew"
A group for parents to share and gain the tools and skills necessary to support their children while leading full and productive lives themselves. Parents of children with ADD/ADHD face extraordinary challenges that often times seem overwhelming. Members will empower one another in a confidential environment, with the guidance and leadership of two Hallowell trained therapists.
